These classes focus on the Martial Arts stream of Taekwondo. Mindful self-discipline, respect, and focus help develop balance, flexibility, and precision while working on speed, power, and fitness at all levels.
Appropriate for all ages and all ability levels, including beginners. We have three class times to accommodate busy families and keep our classes small. Max. class size is 18 participants!
This class is by invitation. Once students have the basics under their belts and are ready for a different challenge, this program introduces Olympic sparring (body-contact only) and prepares colour belts for local and provincial level competitions. Junior competition is for all ages and lays the groundwork for the Senior Competition program.
This class is by invitation for those who have started in one of our other programs and is interested in a challenging and goal-oriented competitive program. This class is focused on training for sparring according to Olympic Taekwondo rules (including head-contact). Training programs are individually designed to meet the needs of weight class, competition cycles, and peak performances to help athletes reach their goals. Dreaming big? This is the place to start!
KickSTART is a fast and fun fitness program. We work on basic striking techniques but focus on physical literacy: balance, co-ordination, running, jumping, and tumbling at an age appropriate level.
The KickSTART programs are active classes where students do not need uniforms and are not preparing for belt testing.

This class focuses on sweat. The skill level is kept low so that everyone can put their energy into intensity, speed, and power. A great workout designed for adults looking to lose weight, tone, build muscle, stay fit and flexible, or just need to kick something after work!
Adults only. All fitness and skill levels welcome!
Our single-day self defense workshops are perfect for work groups, social clubs, youth groups, and splurge nights. The focus is on very basic, very instinctive skills that create time and space in threatening and dangerous situations. Martial Arts experience is not necessary. There are no complicated hand or release techniques here. This program strives to give people simple and easy techniques that they will remember and be able to use in moments of stress and panic.
First Drop-off: 7:30am Last Pick-up: 5:30pm
Snacks provided but students are asked to bring a healthy lunch for all day and week camps. Please do not send pop. If your child has sensitive food allergies, please phone to make arrangements.
All of our day camps for the entire school year are open for registration! Whether your child is new to martial arts or have been in taekwondo for years, they will get to learn and develop their skills at this camp. The fun-filled day will include 2 x 75min taekwondo sessions that will engage and challenge them. Each class will be tailored to the group by our experienced instructors so that no child is left behind. Children of all abilities are welcome!
Holiday Week Camps
Our week-long camps will work on developing new taekwondo skills and challenging all of our athletes. Students will get to work on projects related to what we are learning and our discussions, weather permitting we will spend time playing outside, and if our numbers allow, and have plenty of time for games and free time.
We have camps available for all Regina Public and Regina Catholic system no-school days. Our calendar is subject to change based on theirs. Family and multi-camp prices available.
