It Takes a Village…

If it does in fact take a village to raise a child, then Artisan Taekwondo is my baby and I owe thanks to many people:

My Village:
To Lee, my contractor, jack-of-all-trades, one-man demolition crew, brother-in-law. Thank you for walking around my brain so that I could walk around my club.

To my mom, dad, and sister Megan who gave me contacts, scrounged, puttied, painted, shopped, phoned, and brought food. But most of all, for always believing in me. You made it easy for me to chase my dreams.

To Scott, who jumped on board with this project long before I had any kind of boat.

To my girls who, as always, made a concerted effort to pull me out from under my rock and show me the world. And who kept me sane.

To Thomas, for being my I-know-nothing-about-Taekwondo-but-I-know-everything-about-you sounding board.

And to Dasha, Brandy, and Terry, for nurturing this dream I’ve had for so long. And for being there at the beginning and end of everyday, in every possible way, for everything. This is for you.
